Adequate location. Clear issues

poor air conditioning cockroach problem

The air conditioning was quite poor. The room felt very warm even at the lowest setting. i also found several small cockroaches in the bathroom. the staff offered no real solution. They stated that other rooms might have similar issues.

convenient location helpful staff available parking bad smell unclean room disturbing noise

the location is great because it is very near to the station i needed the many restaurants nearby were also very helpful parking is available in the basement which was convenient staff are friendly and ready to assist customers with their needs i am very thankful

i noticed a bad smell in the room and the bed was not very comfortable i also thought the carpet and room were not clean with stains visible everywhere the noise inside the room was disturbing it sounded like someone was knocking repeatedly at the wardrobe it was scary
